Cancellation and Return Policy

  • The Member has the option to cancel the order only in case when he has placed the order and supplier (vendor registered on Shoperative) is yet to confirm the order. The supplier (vendor registered on Shoperative) usually gets 48 hours to process the order.
  • Also, when the product is delivered to the Member, the Member has the option to arrange for a return within 48 hours of delivery of the product. The return will be done as long as it is unused & undamaged and with all original tags & packaging intact.
  • Once the return is scheduled by the Member, Shoperative will get the pickup done from the Member.
  • Replacements will be initiated by the Suppliers (vendors registered on Shoperative), as soon as the returned product is received from the member.
